Vivo has recently announced the launch of the upcoming Vivo S18 series smartphones in China. They will be launched at an event to be held in China on December 14. The company has revealed the camera specifications of the upcoming S18 series through a new teaser by a Chinese social networking site. Vivo also revealed that along with the phone, Vivo will also launch Vivo TWS 3e TWS at the event.
Vivo has shown in the teaser that this phone will have a ring LED light at the back in a rounded square design. This upcoming S18 series smartphone has a punch hole cutout in the middle to house the selfie camera.
Vivo has confirmed that Vivo S18, Vivo S18 Pro's upcoming smartphone has a 50MP selfie camera with dual soft light. Dual soft lights are provided on the bezels of the display which will help in improving night selfie photography. This Vivo S18, Vivo S18 Pro has the same primary and ultrawide sensors as the Vivo X100 smartphone, as shown in the teaser released by Vivo.
The S18 Pro smartphone has a 50MP VCS Sony IMX 920 primary lens with optical image stabilization (OIS). The primary sensor is paired with a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultrawide sensor with an f/2.0 aperture. The same telephoto sensor has been used in Vivo S18 and Vivo S18 Pro which was seen in the Vivo X90S smartphones.
S18 Pro also has 2x optical zoom and, 12MP Sony IMX 663 telephoto sensor. This smartphone will have a Blue Heart AI model which will help in improving its photography.
The device VS18 Pro will sport MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ chipset, which is built on a 4nm process. This smartphone has a large battery of 5000mAh, for charging which an 80W wired fast charger has been provided.
